What Naalonh is

Naalonh is a bilingual (English & Khmer) platform bundling a handful of everyday tools — a background remover, an AI image enhancer, image-to-text, text-to-voice, QR code tools, a file converter, a link downloader, and a couple of just-for-fun utilities — plus a small storefront on the side.

Most of these started as one-off scripts written to solve a specific annoyance, then got cleaned up enough to put online for anyone else who has the same problem.

Who's behind it

Naalonh is built and maintained independently out of Phnom Penh, Cambodia — not a company, not a team of dozens, just an ongoing side project that grew past being a side project.

It's free to use because the goal was always "useful tool, one click away," not to lock features behind an account or a paywall. The site is supported by advertising rather than subscriptions, which is the trade-off that keeps the tools free.

Why it exists

Most of the tools on this site solve problems that used to mean digging through five ad-choked, sketchy websites just to remove a background or convert a file. The goal here is simpler: one place, reasonably fast, reasonably clean, works in both English and Khmer.

It's still actively worked on — new tools get added, existing ones get fixed or rebuilt when they're slow or wrong. If something is broken or missing, that feedback is genuinely useful.
