Privacy Policy

How Naalonh Dev collects, uses, and protects information across the website, tools, and store — including which tools send anything to a server at all.

How your files are handled, tool by tool

This is the part most privacy policies skip. Here's exactly what happens to a file the moment you use each tool.

In-browser only

Background Remover

Runs entirely in your browser via WebAssembly. Your image is never uploaded to any server — it's processed locally and stays on your device.

In-browser only

Image to Text (OCR)

Text recognition runs locally in your browser. Images you scan are not sent to our servers.

In-browser only

QR Generator / QR Scanner

QR codes are generated and scanned entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

In-browser only

Convert File

Supported image conversions happen locally in your browser using canvas rendering. Files are not uploaded for these conversions.

Sent to our server

Image Enhancer

Your image is uploaded to our servers to run AI upscaling, then the result is returned to you. We don't keep a copy after the request finishes processing.

Sent to our server

Text to Voice

The text you enter is sent to our servers and may be forwarded to a third-party text-to-speech provider to generate the audio.

Sent to our server

Link Downloader

The URL you provide is fetched by our servers on your behalf so the file can be downloaded to you.

1. Information We Collect

Account, order, and store information you give us directly — name, email, delivery details, and order history — when you create an account or place an order.

Content you submit to tools that process on our servers (see the per-tool breakdown below). Tools that run entirely in your browser never send your files anywhere.

Basic technical information generated by any website visit — IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — mainly via our hosting infrastructure and the advertising partners described below.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and local browser storage for functional purposes: keeping you signed in, remembering your language and theme (dark/light) preference, and maintaining your cart.

Our advertising partners (see below) also set their own cookies and use similar technologies to serve and measure ads. We don't control those cookies directly — they're governed by each partner's own policy.

  • You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings.
  • Disabling essential cookies may break sign-in, cart, or saved preferences.

3. Advertising Partners

This site is supported by advertising, which is what keeps the tools free to use. We work with the following third-party advertising networks to display ads:

  • Google AdSense
  • Adsterra
  • MGID

4. How Advertising Cookies Work

These partners (and their own advertising partners) may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to this and other websites, in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may interest you, and to measure ad performance.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and you can generally opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

Adsterra and MGID operate under their own respective privacy policies, which govern how they collect and use data through the ads served on this site.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the tools and store, process orders, respond to support requests, keep the platform secure, and understand which features are actually useful so we know what to fix or improve.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Sharing of Information

We share information with service providers that help us run the site: hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, and the advertising and text-to-speech partners named in this policy where relevant to the feature you're using.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the security of the platform, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

7. Data Retention and Security

We keep account and order data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Files uploaded to server-processed tools are used only to complete your request and are not retained afterward.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing.

You can also simply avoid uploading anything to a server-processed tool if you'd rather use one of the in-browser-only tools listed above, or avoid creating an account if you only need the free tools.

9. Children's Privacy

Naalonh is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site, tools, or advertising partners change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top.

Privacy questions or data requests

For access, correction, deletion requests, or any privacy question, reach out through the Contact page. We may ask for identity verification before acting on certain requests.
